A new bookshelf in Ghana with my books

It’s wonderful to see my books being displayed in a library in Ghana in a village close to where Adrian and I met over 50 years ago.
Our charity Community Action Ghana renovated the library and organised for Book Aid International to stock it with over 1500 books.
Alyrene a trustee of Community Action Ghana, presented the books to the librarian.
Pupils and members of the community use the library in Hohoe Wegbe all day long. For pictures of the students using the library and hearing about how much it means to them visit our blog on www.communityactionghana.org

Ghanaians can read about our experiences in Nigeria and Botswana
They can also now read short stories from Oxford
